Can you add a Tower to de reformer metro IQ??
Unfortunately no. This model is designed to set up and store away in seconds, and therefore can not accommodate a tower.
Super helpful reminder of another great use for he SpineFitter.
Can you give me tips on how to handle BB studio reformers when the straps come loose easily from in-between the strap adjustment knobs? Often, after tightening the straps, I have to hold the knobs together and allow the client to move before I let go of the knobs. If the knobs are not held together, the straps come off when movement takes place.

If BB are suggesting every 2 years, does that mean they are guaranteed for performance for 2 years?
If you watch, he mentions if it’s in a busy commercial studio to replace them every year. So no, that doesn’t sound like a guarantee to me.
"hand on the edge" should be of seat not of pedal
With a herniated disc, that forward bend freaks me out. The rest are great

I do this exercise without any support.
Struggle to see how this is functionally different to using straps and a spacer… or even just a regular bar on the springs.

Such a great video. I had a reverse shoulder arthoplasty. I was considering canceling my order for this arm, but I decided to follow my gut instinct and get it. Your video has helped me to make that decision. I’m hoping that it will allow me to find range of motion and continual links in my muscles after my surgery. It doesn’t seem to matter how much stretching I do the muscles continue to be very, very tight and shortened from the surgery.
